Here is a brief timeline of our history.

Gerard (Gerry) and Timothy (Timmy) Clouthier brothers started up Pembroke Machine Shop. The business ran out of the inside of Valley Truck and Spring on Bruham Road in Pembroke, a business owned by their brothers Billy and Doug Clouthier.
The company expands into construction when Gerry and Timmy Clouthier invite their brother, Robert (Bobby) Clouthier to form another family business. The company is named R.G.T.
